It's situated in Sydney's new technology and innovation district, aiming to be a hub for the bank's digital future. This eight-story building embodies a modern workspace with a blend of historical elements from its site's railroad workshop origins. It's equipped to foster innovation among its 4,000 employees through a blend of advanced tools and creative spaces. The office design incorporates significant natural elements like biophilia, ample daylight, and outdoor terraces, emphasising a healthy, eco-friendly working environment. It targets the prestigious 6-Star Green Star and high NABERS Tenancy Energy ratings, reflecting its commitment to sustainability.
